Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
This question deals with the last part of the verse (And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning).} [17:15]. In fact, this verse includes three things of utmost importance:
Firstly, it is the person who decides his own fate, be it good or bad. It is he who masters his own mind and his own senses. Indeed Allah has shown all the people the way that leads to the good and the one that leads to the bad.
Secondly, no person bears another person's burden no matter how close they are to one another. As a matter of fact, everybody bears his own burden and shall not blame but his own soul when he finds himself alone on The Day of Resurrection.
Thirdly, Allah has provided His slaves with a great blessing when He decided not to punish people until He has sent a messenger to warn them against the Evil and call them for the Good. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {whoever goes right, then he goes right only for the benefit of his ownself. And whoever goes astray, then he goes astray to his own loss. No one laden with burdens can bear another's burden. And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning).} [17:15].
There are many verses dealing with the same issue. All of them are agreed that Allah does not throw anyone into Hell unless He has sent messengers to them.
To conclude, Allah makes it clear that He does not punish any people before sending a messenger to them to guide them to the right path and warn them of the consequences of going astray giving evidence, setting Sharia rules and calling to the good and right religion.
There is no difference between the era of the Prophet Muhammad and the consecutive eras that came after him. But if the call to Islam does not reach someone and he does not hear about Prophet Muhammad his rule is then the same as the one who dies before the sending of Muhammad as a Prophet and did not know about other Prophets. It is narrated in a Hadeeth that such people will be tested and tried on The Last Day. Ahmad narrated that the Prophet said: "Four people will 'protest' on the Day of Judgement, a deaf who does not hear anything, an idiot, a decrepit and one who dies and in a period where no Prophet was sent (Fatra).
As for the deaf he says: "O my Lord! Islam came while I could not hear"; an idiot says: "O my Lord! Islam came while children were throwing me with dung. The decrepit says: "O my Lord! Islam came while I could not understand anything". The one who died in a period where no Prophet was sent says: "O my Lord! No Prophet came to me". Then Allah takes a covenant from them that they would obey Him and then He sends one to tell them to enter Hell. By Him in whose hand is my soul! If they enter Hell it will be cool, and a means of safety for them".
It is narrated in Sahih Muslim that the Prophet said: "By him in whose hand is the life of Muhammad, he who amongst the community of Jews or Christians hears about me, but does not affirm his belief in that with which I have been sent and dies in this state (of disbelief), he shall be but one of the denizens of Hell-Fire".
Allah knows best.

Is it haram to take non-Muslims as friends?
No. A Muslim is friendly to every one. If dawa is the purpose, then being friendly to everyone is an obligation. A Muslim must care and feel for those whom he is giving dawa to. It is not enough to just stand and give a talk. Rather it requires building relationships to influence others and to genuinely care for those among whom we are living. Prophet Muhammad deeply cared for Makkan Mushriks. Allah's peace and blessings be upon him. He prayed, cried and tried his best to save them from hell-fire. Even his enemies were treated not only with kindness, but, with genuine concern for them. The story of woman who used to throw garbage on the Prophet whenever he went by her house, portrays the picture of a person with deep love for even those who would actively oppose him. One day when the woman became sick, the Prophet not seeing her there became concerned for her and went to visit her1,2. Also, the rights of neighbors as taught to us by the Prophet extend to non Muslims as well. The confusion comes because of the wrong understanding of the words "wali" and "kafir," and the misinterpretation of the ayah:
You who believe, do not enlist kafirs as wali, instead of mumineen (4:144).
The word "wali" is used both in the sense of taking as a friend as well as a protector. The word "friendship" can also be at many different levels and mean different things. It can range from helping someone and treating someone kindly to becoming a "buddy". But in all cases it means a relationship at equal level from both sides. On the other hand "wali" is not usually used in the sense of relationship at an equal level, but, where one has more power than other or acts as a patron. It is in this sense that Allah calls Himself as wali of all believers. And it is in this sense that Muslims are asked not to take their fathers and their brothers as wali if they prefer kufr over Iman:
You who believe, do not take your fathers and your brothers on as wali if they prefer kufr rather than Iman (9:23).
But it does not imply dissolving those relationships. Kufr is an act and not just a label for all non-Muslims. There is a difference between the term "non-Muslim" and "kafir." Kafir is the one who after knowing Islam rejects it. Whereas a non Muslim could be any non-Muslim who has neither studied Islam nor has made a conscious decision of rejecting it as is also evident from the following verse: "Those who disbelieve among the people of the book and among the polytheists… (98:6)." Therefore, Kufr is something that people actively do after knowing the truth. It is they who should neither be taken as protectors nor as friends, but still must be treated justly and in a fitting manner. The Prophet used to keep good relations with non-Muslims, keep their trusts, eat their food and visit them when they were sick.
What is forbidden is the relationship of wilayah with Kafirs (who knowingly reject Islam). But, even in that case there are exceptions. The Prophet sought protection from different leaders of Quraysh when reentering Makkah from the Dawa trip of Taif. He finally received the protection from Mut‘im the chief of Nawfal tribe1,2. Abu Bakr Siddique also returned to Makkah aborting his migration to Habasha when Ibn ad-Dughunnah, a non-Muslim Bedouin chief offered him his protection to stay in Makkah and became his Wali. But when Abu Bakr’s crying while reading Quran outside his home became a dawa attraction, he told Abu Bakr that I did not give you protection to let you change the heart of my people. On that Abu Bakr let him revoke his protection, without compromising his right of dawa.1,2 The Prophet had kind relationship with non Muslims all the time in weakness as well as in strength. Therefore the principle is that hikmah of time and space will determine whose help or protection a Muslim may seek or not seek.
One must be careful, however, in using this provision and it should not be used to justify the unjustifiable. The perspective which I am presenting here deals with individual behavior. It does not deal with international relations of governments which is a relevant but different topic.

Why do muslims think islam is the "right" religion when there are so many religions in the world to choose from ???
Praise be to Allah.
(1) The Muslim worships One God, Who has no partner, and Who has the most beautiful names and the highest attributes. Thus the Muslim’s focus and aim is concentrated, focused on His Lord and Creator; he puts his trust in Him and asks Him for help, patience and support; he believes that Allaah is able to do all things, and has no need of a wife or son. Allaah created the heavens and earth; He is the One Who gives life and death; He is the Creator and Sustainer from Whom the slave seeks provision. He is the All-Hearing Who responds to the supplication of His slave, and from Whom the slave hopes for a response. He is the All-Merciful and All-Forgiving, to Whom the slave turns in repentance when he has committed a sin or fallen short in his worship of Allaah. He is the Omniscient and All-Seeing, who knows all intentions and what is hidden in people’s hearts. The slave feels ashamed to commit a sin by doing wrong to himself or to others, because his Lord is watching over him and sees all that he does. He knows that Allaah is All-Wise, the Seer of the Unseen, so he trusts that what Allaah decrees for him is good; he knows that Allaah will never be unjust to him, and that everything that Allaah decrees for him is good, even if he does not understand the wisdom behind it.
(2) The effects of Islaamic worship on the soul of the Muslim include the following:
Prayer keeps the slave in contact with his Lord; if he enters it in a spirit of humiliation and concentration, he will feel tranquil and secure, because he is seeking a "powerful support," which is Allaah, may He be glorified and exalted. For this reason, the Prophet of Islaam, Muhammad
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say: "Let us find relaxation and joy in prayer." If something distressed him, he would hasten to pray. Everyone who finds himself faced with disaster and tries prayer finds strength, patience and consolation, because he is reciting the words of his Lord, which cannot be compared to the effect of the words of a created being. If the words of some psychologists can offer a little comfort, what do you think of the words of the One Who created the psychologist? Now let us look at zakaat, which is one of the pillars of Islaam. Zakaat purifies the soul from stinginess and miserliness, and accustoms people to being generous and helping the poor and needy. It will bring a great reward on the Day of Resurrection, just like other forms of worship. It is not burdensome, like man-made taxes; it is only 25 in every thousand, which the sincere Muslim pays willingly and does not try to evade or wait until someone chases him for it.
Fasting involves refraining from food and sex. It is a form of worship, and a way in which one can feel the hunger of those who are deprived. It is also a reminder of the blessings of the Creator, and it brings rewards beyond measure.
Hajj is the Pilgrimage to the sacred House of Allaah, which was built by Ibraaheem (Abraham, upon whom be peace). By performing Hajj one is obeying the command of Allaah and the call to come and meet Muslims from all over the world.
(3) Islaam commands all kinds of good and forbids all kinds of evil. It encourages good manners and proper treatment of others. It enjoins good characteristics such as truthfulness, patience, deliberation, kindness, humility, modesty, keeping promises, dignity, mercy, justice, courage, patience, friendliness, contentment, chastity, good treatment, tolerance, trustworthiness, gratitude for favours, and self-control in times of anger. Islaam commands the Muslim to fulfil his duty towards his parents and to uphold family ties, to help the needy, to treat neighbours well, to protect and safeguard the wealth of the orphan, to be gentle with the young and show respect to the old, to be kind to servants and animals, to remove harmful things from the road, to speak kind words, to forgive at the time when one has the opportunity to take revenge, to be sincere towards one’s fellow-Muslims, to meet the needs of the Muslims, to give the debtor time to repay his debt, to prefer others over oneself, to console others, to greet people with a smiling face, to visit the sick, to support the one who is oppressed, to give gifts to friends, to honour his guest, to treat his wife kindly and spend on her and her children, to spread the greeting of peace (salaam) and to seek permission before entering another person’s house, lest one see something private that the other person does not want one to see.
Some non-Muslims may do these things out of politeness or good manners, but they are not seeking reward from Allaah or salvation of the Day of Judgement.
If we look at what Islam has prohibited, we will find that it is in the interests of both the individual and society as a whole. All these prohibitions serve to safeguard the relationship between the slave and his Lord, and the relationship of the individual with himself and with his fellow-man. The following examples demonstrate this:
Islam forbids the association of anything in worship with Allaah and the worship of anything other than Allaah, because this spells doom and misery. Islaam also forbids visiting or believing soothsayers and fortune-tellers; magic or witchcraft that may cause a rift between two people or bring them together; belief in the influence of the stars on events and people’s lives; cursing time, because Allaah is directing its affairs; and superstition, because this is pessimism.
Islam forbids cancelling out good deeds by showing off, boasting or reminding others of one’s favours; bowing or prostrating to anything other than Allaah; sitting with hypocrites or immoral people for the purposes of enjoying their company or keeping them company; and invoking the curse or wrath of Allaah on one another or damning one another to Hell.
Islaam forbids urinating into stagnant water; defecating on the side of the road or in places where people seek shade or where they draw water; from facing the qiblah (direction of prayer) or turning one’s back towards it when passing water or stools; holding one’s penis in one’s right hand when passing water; giving the greeting of salaam (peace) to one who is answering the call of nature; and putting one’s hand into any vessel before washing it, when one has just woken up.
Islaam forbids the offering of any nafl (supererogatory) prayers when the sun is rising, when it is at its zenith, and when it is setting, because it rises and sets between the horns of Shaytaan (Satan); praying when there is food prepared that a person desires; praying when one urgently needs to pass water, stools or wind, because that will distract a person from concentrating properly on his prayer.
Islam forbids the Muslim to raise his voice in prayer, lest it disturb other believers; to continue offering supererogatory prayers at night when one feels drowsy - such a person should sleep then get up; to stay up all night in prayer, especially one night after another; and to stop praying when there is doubt as to the validity of one’s wudoo’ - unless one hears a sound or smells an odour.
Islaam forbids buying, selling and making "lost and found" announcements in the mosque - because it is the place of worship and remembrance of Allaah, where worldly affairs have no place.
Islam forbids haste in walking when the iqaamah (call immediately preceding congregational prayer) is given, and prescribes walking in a calm and dignified manner. It is also forbidden to boast about the cost of building a mosque; to decorate a mosque with red or yellow paint or adornments which will distract the worshippers; to fast day after day without a break; and for a woman to observe a supererogatory fast when her husband is present without his permission.
Islaam forbids building over graves, making them high, sitting on them, walking between them wearing shoes, putting lights over them or writing on them. It is forbidden to disinter the dead or to take graves as places of worship. Islam forbids wailing, tearing one’s clothes or leaving one’s hair unkempt when a person dies. Eulogizing the dead in the manner of the times of Ignorance (Jaahiliyyah) is also forbidden, although there is nothing wrong with informing others that a person has died.
Islaam forbids the consumption of riba (interest); all kinds of selling which involve ignorance (of the product), misleading and cheating; selling blood, wine, pork, idols and everything that Allaah has forbidden - their price, whether bought or sold - is haraam; najash, which is offering a price for something one has no intention of buying, as happens in many auctions; concealing a product’s faults at the time of selling; selling something which one does not own or before it comes into one’s possession; undercutting, outbidding or out bargaining another; selling produce before it is clear that it is in good condition and free of blemish; cheating in weights and measures; and hoarding. A partner who has shares in a plot of land or a date palm tree is forbidden to sell his share without consulting his partners. It is forbidden to consume the wealth of orphans unjustly; to bet or gamble; to take anything by force; to accept or offer bribes; to steal people’s wealth or to consume it unjustly; to take something for the purpose of destroying it; to undermine the value of people’s possessions; to keep lost property which one has found, or to keep quiet about it and not announce it, for it belongs to the one who recognizes it; to cheat in any way; to ask for a loan with no intention of repaying it; to take anything of the wealth of a fellow-Muslim, unless it is given freely, because what is taken because of another person’s shyness is haraam; and to accept a gift because of intercession.
Celibacy and castration are forbidden, as is marrying two sisters, or a woman and her aunt (paternal or maternal), whether he marries the aunt after marrying her niece or vice versa, for fear of breaking the ties of kinship. It is forbidden to make deals in marriage, such as saying "Let me marry your daughter and I will give you my daughter or sister in marriage." Such reciprocal deals are a form of oppression and injustice, and haraam. Islaam forbids mut’ah (temporary marriage), which is a marriage contract for a period of time agreed by the two parties, at the end of which the marriage expires. Islaam forbids intercourse with a menstruating woman, until she has purified herself (by taking a bath after her period ends), and also forbids anal intercourse. A man is forbidden to propose marriage to a woman when another man has already proposed to her, unless the other man withdraws his proposal or gives him permission. It is forbidden to marry a previously-married woman without consulting her, or a virgin without seeking her permission. It is forbidden to wish (a newly married couple) "Bi’l-rafaa’ wa’l-baneen (a joyful life and many sons)," because this is the greeting of the people of Jaahiliyyah, who hated daughters. The divorced woman is forbidden to conceal what Allaah has created in her womb (if she is pregnant). A husband and wife are forbidden to speak (to others) about the intimacies of married life. It is forbidden to turn a woman against her husband or to take divorce lightly. It is forbidden for a woman to ask for another’s divorce, such as asking a man to divorce a woman so that she can marry him. A wife is forbidden to spend her husband’s money without his permission, or to keep away from his bed without good reason, because the angels will curse her if she does that. A man is forbidden to marry his father’s wife, or to have intercourse with a woman who is pregnant from another man. It is forbidden for a man to practise ‘azl (coitus interruptus) with his free wife without her permission. It is forbidden for a man to return home from a journey late at night and startle his family, unless he has previously notified them when he will arrive home. A man is forbidden to take anything of his wife’s mahr (dowry) without her consent, or to keep annoying his wife so that she will give up her wealth.
Islaam forbids women to make a wanton display of themselves (tabarruj). It also forbids extreme forms of female circumcision. Women are forbidden to admit anyone into their husband’s home without his permission; his general permission is acceptable so long as they stay within the limits of sharee’ah. It is forbidden to separate a mother and child (in case of divorce); to let one’s womenfolk behave foolishly (in an immoral fashion) and not say anything; to let one’s gaze wander everywhere; and to follow an accidental glance with an intentional glance.
Islaam forbids the eating of dead meat, regardless of whether it died by drowning, strangulation, shock or falling from a high place; eating blood, pork and anything slaughtered in a name other than that of Allaah or for idols; eating the flesh or drinking the milk of beasts that feed on filth and waste matter; eating the flesh of every carnivorous beast that has fangs and every bird that has talons; eating the meat of domesticated donkeys; killing animals by keeping them and throwing stones at them until they die, or detaining them without food until they die; slaughtering with teeth or nails; slaughtering one animal (for food) in front of another; or sharpening the knife in front of the animal to be slaughtered.
In the area of clothing and adornment, men are forbidden the extravagance of wearing gold. Muslim are forbidden to be naked or to expose their thighs; to leave their clothes long (below the ankles) and trail them on the ground for the purpose of showing off; and to wear clothes that will attract attention.
It is forbidden to bear false witness; to make false accusations against a chaste believing woman; to accuse someone who is innocent; to utter lies; to slander and backbite; to call people by offensive nicknames; to spread gossip and malicious slander; to make fun of the Muslims; to boast about one’s status; to shed doubts on a person’s lineage; to utter slander, insults and obscenities; to speak in an indecent or rude manner; or to utter evil in public, except by one who has been wronged.
Islaam forbids telling lies; one of the worst kinds of lie is to lie about dreams, like fabricating dreams and visions in order to prove one’s virtue, or make some material gains, or to frighten an enemy.
Muslims are forbidden to praise themselves, or to talk in a secret way: two may not converse secretly to the exclusion of a third, because this is offensive. It is forbidden to curse a believer or someone who does not deserve to be cursed.
Islaam forbids speaking ill of the dead; praying for death; wishing for death because of some suffering that one is passing through; praying against one’s self, one’s children, one’s servants or one’s wealth.
Muslims are told not to eat the food that is directly in front of others or to eat from the centre of the dish or platter; rather they should eat from what is directly in front of them or thereabouts, because the barakah (blessing) comes in the middle of the food. It is forbidden to drink from a broken edge of a vessel, because this could cause harm; or to drink from the mouth of a vessel; or to breathe into it. It is forbidden to eat while lying on one’s stomach; to sit at a table where wine is being drunk; to leave a fire burning in one’s house when one sleeps; to sleep with Ghamr in one’s hand, like an offensive smell or the remainder of food (grease); to sleep on one’s stomach; or to talk about or try to interpret bad dreams, because these are tricks of the Shaytaan.
It is forbidden to kill another person except in cases where it is right to do so; to kill one’s children for fear of poverty; to commit suicide; to commit fornication, adultery or sodomy (homosexuality); to drink wine, or even to prepare it, carry it from one place to another, or sell it. Muslims are forbidden to please people by angering Allaah; to offend their parents or even to say "Uff" (the slightest word of contempt) to them; to claim that a child belongs to anyone but his real father; to torture by means of fire; to burn anyone, alive or dead, with fire; to mutilate the bodies of the slain; to help anyone commit falsehood; or to cooperate in wrongdoing and sin.
It is forbidden to obey any person by disobeying Allaah; to swear falsely; to swear a disastrous oath; to eavesdrop on people without their permission; to invade people’s privacy or look at their private parts; to claim something that does not belong to one or that one did not do, for the purpose of showing off; to look into someone’s else’s house without permission; to be extravagant; to swear an oath to do something wrong; to spy on others or be suspicious about righteous men and women; to envy, hate or shun one another; to persist in falsehood; to be arrogant or feel superior; to be filled with self-admiration; to be pleased with one’s arrogance. Islam forbids taking back one’s charity, even if one pays to get it back; employing someone to do a job without paying him his wages; being unfair in giving gifts to one’s children; bequeathing everything in one’s will and leaving one’s heirs poor - in such a case the will should not be executed; writing a will that concerns more than one third of one’s legacy; being a bad neighbour; or changing a will to the detriment of one or some of one’s heirs. A Muslim is forbidden to forsake or shun his brother for more than three days, except for a reason sanctioned by sharee’ah; to hold small stones between two fingers and throw them because this could cause injury to eyes or teeth; to include his heirs in a will, because Allaah has already given heirs their rights of inheritance; to disturb his neighbour; to point a weapon at his Muslim brother; to hand someone an unsheathed sword, lest it harm him; to come (walk) between two people except with their permission; to return a gift, unless there is some shar’i objection to it; to be extravagant; to give money to foolish people; to wish to be like someone to whom Allaah has given more of something; to cancel out his charity by giving offensive reminders of his giving; to wilfully conceal testimony; or to oppress orphans or scold one who asks for help or money. It is forbidden to treat with evil medicines, because Allaah would not create a cure for this ummah which includes something that He has forbidden. It is forbidden to kill women and children in warfare; to boast to one another; or to break promises.
Islaam forbids betraying a trust; asking for charity that one does not need; alarming a Muslim brother or taking away his possessions, whether jokingly or seriously; changing one’s mind after giving a gift, except in the case of a gift from a father to his child; practising medicine without experience; or killing ants, bees and hoopoe birds. A man is forbidden to look at the ‘awrah (private parts) of another man, and a woman is forbidden to look at the ‘awrah of another woman. It is forbidden to sit between two people without their permission; or to greet only those whom one knows, because the greeting is to be given to those whom you know and those whom you do not know. A Muslim is forbidden to let an oath come between him and good deeds; he should do what is good and make expiation for the oath. It is forbidden to judge between two disputing parties when one is angry, or to judge in favour of one party without hearing what the other has to say. It is forbidden for a man to walk through the market-place carrying something - like a sharp weapon - that could harm the Muslims, unless it is properly covered. A Muslim is forbidden to make another person get up, so that he can take his place.
There are more commands and prohibitions which came for the benefit and happiness of individuals and mankind as a whole. Have you ever seen any other religion that can compare to this religion?
Read this response again, then ask yourself: is it not a great pity that I am not one of them? Allaah says in the Qur’aan (interpretation of the meaning): "And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers." [Aal ‘Imraan 3:85]
Finally, I hope that everyone who reads this will be guided to the correct way and to follow the truth. May Allaah protect you and us from all evil.

Analogy Of Life..
Imam Ghazali tells a story of a man walking in the jungle. A roaring lion ran towards him and the man ran as fast as he could to escape from it. He noticed a well in front of him and he jumped inside hoping to escape from the lion.
As he was falling inside the well, he grabbed onto the rope and saved himself. The man was so relieved but when he looked down he saw a big snake at the bottom of the well. It had its jaws wide open ready to swallow him up.
The man then looked up and saw two mice nibbling at the rope. A black mouse and a white were both chewing into the rope. The scary lion was still prowling outside the well.
The man’s heart was pounding as he wondered how he could escape from this. Then he noticed a honeycomb in front of him which had delicious honey dripping from it. He stuck his finger into the honey and put it inside his mouth. It was delicious and for a moment he forgot about the lion, the snake and the two mice chewing at the rope.
Imam Ghazali explained that the lion is like the angel of death which is always looming above us. The snake was like his grave which all humans will face. The black mouse and white mouse were like the day and night which is always nibbling at our life (the rope). The honey was like this dunya and with its sweetness makes us forget the purpose of our life and the reality of death.
“Verily, the death from which you flee will surely meet you, then you will be sent back to (Allah), the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, and He will tell you what you used to do.” {Surat Al-Jumu`ah, Verse 8}

Shirk Among Muslims!!!
“Shirk” is derived from the word “Sharaka” which means “to share”. In Islam it means, associating of rivals and partners with Allah (S.W.T).It includes many things, like bringing down God to the level of his creation e.g. many religions believe in the concept of God becoming a man (anthropomorphism). It also includes, making someone equal to God. It also includes, attributing of someone lowly and human quality to Almighty God etc.
The common understanding which many Muslims have is that shirk is only done by non-Muslims. The common understanding of shirk among Muslims is worshipping idols, believing or worshipping some other god, attributing lowly qualities to Almighty God etc. But there is MORE!
IN the Quran Allah Says
“Allah forgiveth not that partners should be set up with Him; but He forgiveth anything else, to whom He pleaseth; to set up partners with Allah is to devise a sin Most heinous indeed.”(Quran 4:48)
“Allah forgiveth not (The sin of) joining other gods with Him; but He forgiveth whom He pleaseth other sins than this: one who joins other gods with Allah, Hath strayed far, far away (from the right).” (Quran 4:116)
“Behold, Luqman said to his son by way of instruction: "O my son! join not in worship (others) with Allah. for false worship is indeed the highest wrong-doing." (Quran 31:13)
“They do blaspheme who say: "(Allah) is Christ the son of Mary." But said Christ: "O Children of Israel! worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Whoever joins other gods with Allah,- Allah will forbid him the garden, and the Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong-doers be no one to help.” (Quran 5:72)
Shirk types
A. Going to the grave and calling upon the dead.
Many people who profess to be Muslims, go to the Dargah and call upon a dead person in the grave and they think that by doing so they will have their needs fulfilled. What is the difference between that and worshipping an idol? It is one and the same thing!!
People argue that they go to the Dargah as it is a ‘Holy place’ and they don’t call upon the dead. But the question is why do they need to visit the Dargah and how can Dargah be a Holy Place in Islam when shirk with Allah is going on over there. I have seen myself that people over there call upon the dead to intercede with Allah and they kiss the graves and all. Its clear Shirk with Allah. So Dargah is not a Holy Place in Islam. If you have to make a dua, then go to the mosque and do so. According to the hadith, one of the best times to supplicate to Allah is the third last of the night. If one denies so and thinks Dargah is better than he has clearly denied what Prophet (pbuh) mentioned.
That is why Prophet (pbuh) forbade the raising of graves and he commanded people to level the graves. Prophet (pbuh) knew that it would be a door to shirk.
Thumama b. Shafayy reported: When we were with Fadala b. 'Ubaid in the country of the Romans at a place (known as) Rudis, a friend of ours died. Fadala b. 'Ubaid ordered to prepare a grave for him and then it was levelled; and then he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) commanding (us) to level the grave. (Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2114)
“Abu'l-Hayyaj al-Asadi told that 'Ali (b. Abu Talib) said to him: Should I not send you on the same mission as Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) sent me? Do not leave an image without obliterating it, or a high grave without levelling It. This hadith has been reported by Habib with the same chain of transmitters and he said: (Do not leave) a picture without obliterating it.” (Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2115)
“but thou canst not make those to hear who are (buried) in graves.” (Quran 35:22)
It is also forbidden in Islam to build a mosque over grave. (NOTE:- I said OVER A GRAVE not BESIDE it)
. The Use Of Talismans/Charms/Strings around hands etc.
Wearing of amulets, talisman (taweez) etc. is also shirk Since you attribute it the power to protect you. Even putting 1”x 1” Quran is not permitted. That Quran is not made with the intention of reading, because to read it one would require a microscope. Therefore, even that is prohibited according to many scholars. I personally agree with the view of those scholars and Prophet (pbuh) never wore such a thing in his neck for his protection, he could have written a verse or two of the Quran and put it around his neck for protection but he never did so. Prophet (pbuh) said
“Zaynab, the wife of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, told that Abdullah said: I heard the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) saying: spells, charms and love-potions are polytheism.” (Abu Dawud, Hadith 3874)
So its totally forbidden for Muslims to wear such things.
. Palmistry/Numerology/Astrology Etc.
We find palmistry and fortune-telling in so many parts of the Muslim world. Its also very common in Sri-Lanka, Pakistan, India.
All sorts of fortune telling including palmistry and horoscopes are prohibited in Islam. Only Allah (SWT) knows the future and only he has the knowledge of the unseen. One of the attributes of Allah is “Aalim ul Gaib” (Knower of the Unseen) mentioned in Quran 59:22. Only Allah has the knowledge of the unseen and he gives some of it only to his chosen messengers.
“26. "He (alone) knows the Unseen, nor does He make any one acquainted with His Mysteries,- 27. "Except an apostle whom He has chosen: and then He makes a band of watchers march before him and behind him, “ (Quran 72:26-27)
It is shirk because you attribute one of the qualities of Allah to human beings who do not have the knowledge of the unseen.
The Quran says
“O ye who believe! Intoxicants and gambling, (dedication of) stones, and (divination by) arrows, are an abomination,- of Satan's handwork: eschew such (abomination), that ye may prosper.” (Quran 5:90)
Prophet (SAW) said
“Safiyya reported from some of the wives of Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) having said: He who visits a divner ('Arraf) and asks him about anything, his prayers extending to forty nights will not be accepted.”(Sahih Muslim, Hadith 5540)
Loving Sumone/Sumthing Excessively
Loving someone or something excessively is also shirk. Many Muslims beat themselves to commemorate someone who has passed away. They do so because of their excessive love. They get dissatisfied with the will of Allah. Loving someone or something more than Allah (SWT) is also shirk.
The Quran says
“Yet there are men who take (for worship) others besides Allah, as equal (with Allah.: They love them as they should love Allah”(Quran 2:165)
In the same verse the Quran also goes on to say that the believers are overflowing in their love for Allah
“But those of Faith are overflowing in their love for Allah.”(Quran 2:165)
The love for Allah is being obedient to him and his messenger (SAW).
The Quran says
“Say: "If ye do love Allah, Follow me: Allah will love you and forgive you your sins: For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."(Quran 3:31)
Ultimate obedience of any Muslim should be to Allah. The Prophet (pbuh) forbade us from praising him excessively like Isa ibn maryam was praised
Showing Off.
It is a minor shirk. Riya (Showing off) is that you do your deeds to show off to people and not to appease Allah. Prophet (SAW) said
“"Mahmood bin Lubayd reported that Allah's Messenger (saws) said: 'The thing that I fear for you the most is minor shirk'. The companions asked: 'O' Messenger of Allah, what is minor shirk?' He replied: 'Showing off (ar-riya), for verily Allah will say on the day of resurrection when people are receiving their rewards, 'Go to those whom you were showing off too in the world and see if you can find any reward from them'" (Authentic-Narrated by Ahmed, Baihaqee and Tabaranee)
“Mahmood ibn Lubayd also said, "The Prophet (saws) came out and announced, 'O people, beware of secret Shirk!' The people asked, 'O messenger of Allah, what is secret Shirk?' He replied, 'When a man gets up to pray and strives to beautify his prayer because people are looking at him; that is secret Shirk.' (Reported by Ibn-e-Khuzaima)
Doing your deeds to show off is also a type of shirk. If you beautify your prayer because people are watching you, its showing off. On the other hand, if you shorten your prayer thinking that if I pray, the way I do normally people might think I am showing off, you are still showing off. Your deed is influenced by people and the sincerity is not there for Allah.
Riya (showing off) is very dangerous, so beware of it
. Democracy
How can Muslims demand democracy? Democracy means “rule of the people”. It is people who decide what is lawful and what is unlawful. What is halal (lawful) and what is haraam (unlawful), by what laws they should abide by and by what laws they shouldn’t abide by. The sovereignty belongs to people and NOT to Allah.
How can this be compatible with Islam? When we are demanding democracy, we are saying that Allah should not be sovereign and instead people should be sovereign.
When we demand democracy, we deny that Allah is Al-Hakim (The judge) and we deny that Allah is Al-Hakeem (The most wise), because if we consider Allah to be Al-Hakim(The judge) and Al-Hakeem (The most wise) then how can we say that we should abide by the laws of people and not by the laws of Allah?
It is indeed Shirk. The Quran says
“They (The Jews and Christians) take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah,” (Quran 9:31)
There used to be one Sahaba (companion) of the Prophet (pbuh) who used to be a Christian. He said that we did not use to worship our priests, we dint use to bow down in front of them. Then the Prophet (pbuh) went on to explain the meaning of this verse.
He said that did they not make lawful what Allah (SWT) made unlawful and did they not make it unlawful what Allah made lawful and he said “yes”. The prophet (pbuh) said that it was their worship of them.
In short, any human being who believes that some other human being has a right to legislate regardless of whether it goes against Allah or not then he has done the same thing what the Jews and Christians did and he has taken that person to be as a god along with Allah!
These are the different types of Shirk which exist among Muslims. Many of us or may be most of us are involved in one or another. As I mentioned, that shirk is the most heinous of all sins in Islam, the sin that Allah will not forgive if a person hasn’t repented to Allah in this world.
Dear brothers and sisters, If you are involved in any type of shirk, give it up before its too late. I also request you to share this message with other people. All I have written is backed with evidence so you have no reason to doubt what I have said.

The Flaws Of Shi'ites
For Reference I'll be using the book called "Al Kafi (“Al-Kafi” in Arabic means ‘The necessary and sufficient’.) - The Bukhari of Shi'ism" here are some comments given by top Shia Scholars :-
(This post is not intended to hurt anyone or their beliefs, its a post to point out the mistakes of the SHI'ISM and help them correct their flaws - Inshallah)
[1] AlHur Al'amily said " The authors of the Four Books of shia ( Alkafi , AlIstibsaar , AlTahzeeb , Mun La YahDuruHu Alfaqeeh ) have testified that the Hadiths of their books are accurate (saheeh) , firm and well conducted from the roots that all shia agreed on , and if you consider those scholars ( the authors of the four books ) are reliable then you must accept their sayings and their narrations . " [Alwasa'el , volume 20 , page 104 ]
[2] AlKhomeini said : " Do you think it is enough for our religious life to have its laws summed up in AlKafi and then placed upon a shelf?" [ Al-Hukumah Al-Islamiyyah page 72 ]
(This post is not intended to hurt anyone or their beliefs, its a post to point out the mistakes of the SHI'ISM and help them correct their flaws - Inshallah)

" [Alwasa'el , volume 20 , page 104 ]
[3] Sharaf'Deen AbdulHussain Mosawy said : " Alkafi , AlIsTibSaar , AlTahzeeb and Mun La YahduRuHu Alfaqeeh are *MutawaTirah* and agreed on the acuraty of its contents ( the Hadiths ) , and Alkafi is the oldest , greatest , best and the most accurate one of them " . [ The book of AlMuraja'aat , Muraj'ah number 110 ] ..... MutawaTirah = accurate 100% because it was narrated by many narrators .
Here are some Major Flaws WITH evidence from the books of the SHIA
1. The evidence by the shia that the quran was CHANGED AND CORRUPTED!
[1] Alkileeni reported that Jabir asked AbuJa`far p.b.u.h : "Why `Ali ibn Aby Talib was named Amir-ul-Mumineen?" AbuJa`far replied : "Allah named him so, and He revealed in His Book " And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed and made them testify as to themselves (saying): Am I not your Lord, Muhammad my messenger and `Ali Amir-ul-Mumineen ?..." ( AlKafi vol.1 p.412 )
[2] The false verse "And We made `Ali your in-law" has been added to Surah Al-InShirah . ( AlKafi p.289 )
[2] The false verse "And We made `Ali your in-law" has been added to Surah Al-InShirah . ( AlKafi p.289 )
Comment :- The Verse the above statement refers to is in the Quran 7:172 BUT the translation goes like this
Translation by Dr. Mohsin
172. And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this."
Translation by Yusuf Ali
172. When thy Lord drew forth from the Children of Adam― from their loins― their descendants, and made them testify concerning themselves, (saying): "Am I not your Lord (who cherishes and sustains you)?"― They said: "Yea! we do testify!" (This), lest ye should say on the Day of Judgment: "of this we were never mindful."
The Shias claim that the quran was ALTERED to remove the part where it says " Am I not your Lord, Muhammad my messenger and `Ali Amir-ul-Mumineen ?..." this is a GRAVE mistake by the Shia's because Allah (S.W.T) Says in his quran
Baqarah "1:1"
Translates as
This is the Book (the Qur'ân), whereof there is no doubt, a guidance to those who are Al-Muttaqûn [the pious and righteous persons who fear Allâh much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Allâh much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]
When Allah Says NO DOUBT he guarantees the authenticity of the book.
Further more Allah (S.W.T) says :
"We have without doubt, sent down the message; and We will assuredly guard it(from corruption)." Quran 15:9
Therefore saying that the quran was altered is a form of shirk and a grave thahreef (manipulation/alteration) of the quran
May Allah Forgive them for their mistakes and show them the correct path
[2] Chapter: The Imams have knowledge of All that was given to the angels and the prophets. ( AlKafi vol.1 p.255 )
[3] Chapter: The Imams know when they will die, and they only die by their choice. ( AlKafi vol.1 p.258 )
[4] Chapter: The Imams have knowledge of the past and future; and nothing is hidden from them. ( AlKafi vol.1 p.260 )
COMMENT: No doubt that these words are clear Kufr (Disbelief) and Shirk (Polytheism), because the knowledge of the unseen is only for Allah alone .. These words with no doubt countradict what Allah said in Surah Luqmaan "Verily, Allah With Him (Alone) is the knowledge of the Hour, He sends down the rain, and knows that which is in the wombs. No person knows what he will earn tommorow, and no person knows in what land he will die. Verily, Allah is All-Knower, All-Aware (of things)" [Quran 31:34]
[5] "Obedience to `Ali is true humility and disobedience to him is disbelief in Allah" ( AlKafi vol.10 p.54 )
[6] "Whoever sets up another Imam besides `Ali and delays `Ali's caliphate is a polytheist" ( AlKafi vol.10 p.55 )
COMMENT: These words declare all AhlSunnah as kufaar (Disbelievers) and Mushrikeen (Polytheists), because we -AhlSunnah- do not believe in the Shia Imamate of `Ali ( which is believing that `Ali is Infallible,..etc ) also We -AhlSunnah- believe that Abubakr (r) is the first caliphate, Omar (r) the second and Othman (r) the third, thus, We delay `Ali's caliphate to be the 4th after Abubakr,Omar and Othman, thus, Shia declare in their most reliable book that AhlSunnah are Kufaar and Mushrikeen !!!
[7] The false verse "And We made `Ali your in-law" has been added to Surah Al-InShirah . ( AlKafi p.289 )
[8] "Abu Baseer reported that he said to Imam Ja'far, "O Abu Abdullah(Imam Ja'far as-Sadiq) What is Mus-haf Fatimah?" He replied "It is a Qur'an containing three times what is found in your copy of the Qur'an; yet by Allah, it does not contain even a single letter from your Qur'an. ( AlKafi vol.1 p.457 )
After, We have read some examples of what AlKafi ( The MOST reliable Shia Book ) contains, I am sure that many of you will say to themselves "If the MOST reliable book to Shia contains such extreme kufr (Disbelief) and shirk (Polytheism) that it alone is sufficient to push anyone who believes in it into the Hellfire for eternity, Then -you may say- what about the other Shia books !!?", The other Shia books are even WORSE !!!
Take for example their Tafseer Books !!! The Books that should have put to explain Allah's words !!! The Shia Scholars filled it with filthy interpretations that may and will make you feel sick !!!
The most known Tafseer books are 1.Tafseer AlQumy 2.Tafseer Al-Ayashi 3.Tafseer AlBurhan by Albahraani ( a Well known Shia Scholar ) !!!
I will quote few things from Tafseer AlAyashi and Tafseer AlBurhan, and from the Shia Hadith encyclopedia called ( Bihaar Al-Anwaar ) which is -by Allah- a filthy and satanic work of one of the MOST reliable and respected Shia Scholars ever existed, whom they call ( Sheikh al-Islam alHujah Mula Muhamad baqir alMajlisi ) !!!! may Allah take revenge on them all ... ameen .. Now, lets start reading, and I will try not to COMMENT, I will leave YOU comment on the following quotations by YOURSELF :
* "It was narrated that [ Imam ] Abu Abdullah said : No infant is born but a certain Satan is in his presence. If Allah knew that he would be of our Shiia, He protects him from that Satan, if he wouldn't be of our Shiia, Satan sticks his finger in his anus, thus becomes a catamite, If it was [ the infant ] a female, he sticks his finger in her vagina, thus becomes a whore. Allah then afterwards clear what He desire or affirm, for with Him is the book of Knowledge."
Tafseer al-Ayyashi, p. 218
Bihaar al-Anwaar, vol.2 p. 1319
Tafseer al-Burhaan, vol. 2, p. 300
* "It was narrated that [ Imam ] Abu Abdullah said : When it is the Judgement Day, Iblis will be brought forward in 70 chains and 70 cables. The FIRST [Abu Bakr] sees ZUFAR [Omar] in 120 chains and 120 cables [double of Satan], Iblis then say : Who is that , that Allah doubled his punishment and it was I who mislead all of these people? And an answer comes, This is ZUFAR [Omar] . Iblis then asks: Why specifically this punishment? The answer comes: Because of his wrong doing to Ali peace be upon him. Satan ZUFAR [Omar] then tells Satan Iblis " It was you who ordered me to do so" Iblis then replies : Why hast thou disobeyed your Lord and Obeyed me????"
Tafseer al-Ayashi, p. 224
Tafseer al- Burhan, vol. 3, p. 310
Bihaar al-Anwaar, vol. 8, p. 220
* "Alhussain Bin Ali Bin Yakteen narrated, i asked [ Imam ] Alhassan Bin Ali about the man doing it to the woman in her anus, he said [ Imam ] Alhassan it was made lawful in a verse of the Book of Allah, when Prophet Lut said : " Here are my dughters, they are purer for you" [Quran 11:78], and he knew it was not the vagina they sought but the anus"
Tafseer al-Ayyashi, p. 157
Bihaar al-Anwar, vol. 21, p. 98
Tafseer al-Burhaan, vol. 2, p. 230
COMMENT: SEE how filthy those Shia are !? In this fabricated Hadith attributed to their Infallible Imam, it is clear that in Shiia's Religion, the act of sodomy is permissible according to their interpretation to the said verse and otheverses as well in this regard. What a sick mentality !!!
* "It was narrated that [ Imam ] Ja`far Ibn Muhamad p.b.u.h said : The prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h used to put his face between the breasts of [ his daughter ] Fatima before going to sleep"
Bihaar al-Anwar, vol. 43, p. 78
* "Ali Ibn Abi Talib said that he once slept with the prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h and his wife Ayesha in one bed, and under one cover, then the prophet woke up to pray, and left them together [ Ali and Ayesha ] in the same bed, under the same cover"
Bihaar al-Anwar vol. 40, p. 2
COMMENT: AstagfiruAllah !!!! EVEN Ali and Fatimah and the family of the prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h whom Shia claim they love and follow, were not excluded from the Shia's filth ... -by Allah- while I am writting these fabricated narrations that Shia filled their books with, my heart is feeling sick .. "O Allah, FORGIVE Me for typing this" I only conduct What Shia Scholars put in their books TO EXPOSE them to every muslim, every true muslim TO get angry FOR the sake of Allah on this apostate group ( Shia ), please dear brothers and sisters forgive me for making you read such filth about our beloved prophet peace be upon him and his family, but, It is TIME we FACE it and take s stance against it ....

May Allah GUIDE them to his pure true path -or- destroy them and take revenge on them All .. AllaHumaa Ameen .. AllaHumaa Ameen .. AllaHumaa Ameen
